Important Notice — No Return to Sender
Because all items are personalised and custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns to sender or undelivered parcels. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. Undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be resent or refunded.
